Event was great, experience was horrible
We asked 4 ushers for our seats, with two mis-directions and one "I don't know" response. Tori Amos, the fourth usher, was finally able to assist us.
The lines for food lacked urgency, resulting in a long wait and an overpriced meal. I paid $21.50 for a small taco salad, a small Pepsi, and a bottle of water.
I bought a parking pass from the arena only to find the garage entrance closed upon arrival. Despite pre-paying for the pass, I had to pay an additional $35 to park in a different lot.
